Why Your Metabolism Could Be The Reason ... You Are Not Bulking Up And How To Change It Accordingly

So You Are Having Trouble Building Muscle?
You have spent countless hours working out, struggled so hard with your strict diet, tried out all these promising supplements/whey protein powders and all this other crap but you still haven't gotten those big biceps that will make any lady's jaw drop?
Maybe you are even still looking skinny or fat! If you have any of these symptoms you should read on because finally, a cure awaits you in these following paragraphs...

Why Your Metabolism Is Probably The Issue
You may have already figured this out but your metabolism is quite likely what is stopping you from seeing results.
If you are not familiar with how it works, basically having a high metabolism means that you are burning calories at a quicker rate than the average body. A low metabolism is the opposite, burning calories slower than the average person.
If you are still skinny even tho you eat a lot and workout much than you probably need to lower your metabolism a bit.
If you still have fat covering your muscles then you should try boosting it.

OK Great! Now How Am I Supposed To Change The Way My Body Burns Calories?
It is not that hard actually, it all comes down to following some basic tips.
You should already know that if you want to build muscle the two key ingredients that you must apply to your lifestyle are:
a) A good diet that suits your body.
b) An even better workout.
If you wish to achieve your goals you should give these two your 100%!
What has this got to do with your metabolism? Well the same principle applies here too, there are only some small but important differences.

Boosting The Rate At Which You Burn Calories.
This piece of advice is for anyone that is stuck with a layer of fat covering their muscles.
First of all you should make changes to your diet.
Most importantly you need to eat more often, you should make your meals smaller tho.
Next you should include spicy food in your diet as those will help you kick your metabolism higher.
Eat lots of meals that are rich in protein and avoid diets that are low in calories.
After your workouts you should relax with a cup of black coffee or green tea.
Last but not least, drink lots and lots of water
The only advice that I can give you for your training is that on the days that you don't workout you should do some aerobic exercises. What I recommend is High Intensity Interval Training, which means that you should switch between really fast and medium speed when running every few minutes (after you warm up with some light jogging). You can apply this principle to other types of aerobic exercises too.

If you want to lower your metabolism then...
Like when you want to raise it, you need to make some changes to your diet and your workout.
Firstly you should not have many meals throughout the day, what I recommend is about three meals per day, also you should make them bigger.
In addition to that you should increase your daily calorie intake. Don't eat unhealthy food tho!
In your workouts you should change the way you do your cardio exercises, you should lower the intensity of them quite a lot and you shouldn't do them for as long or as often as you used to.
Your should apply the same to your normal workouts but at a lower rate.
You have probably noticed that it all comes down to your diet
.
It actually is very hard to find the perfect diet for you especially if you are looking to lower or boost your metabolism but if you devote time and effort you should be able to successfully reach your goals!
If you want to conserve your energy tho, than you should check out Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer. This is a piece of software that will automatically create the perfect diet for your body.
How does it achieve that? Muscle Maximizer will ask you for some information (your age, height, weight, how you train, what you like to eat, if you want to raise or lower your metabolism etc..) and then it will compile the perfect diet based on that information.
However if you don't like the diet you can still make changes to it and pick other food for example.
Muscle Maximizer took years to develop and was created with the help of many professional bodybuilders so it is no joke.
